Born and raised Texan, dirty chai connoisseur, Chi Omega, Friend to many, Daughter of two, little Sister, and most importantly of all a North Texas Eagle.

Since I can remember I have been a natural-born leader. Whether it was herding kids on the playground for jump rope, enforcing the botched haircut I received at a mere five years old ( Photo evidence below), or facilitating the distribution of Christmas presents during family Holidays, I have always wanted to be in charge.

Children who want to be leaders are oftentimes thought of as disrespectful, bossy, or sassy. All of these adjectives were applied to me throughout my childhood. In retrospect, I was a child who wanted to lead and was the exact opposite of all of those personality traits. Growing up I quickly had to learn how to tune into my leadership skills in a positive way.

In high school, I begrudgingly joined the speech and debate team at the request of my parents. My parents, Texas debate legends, knew what was good for me. In the beginning, I only enjoyed it because of the social aspect. I am the textbook definition of a social butterfly. I love people. After spending three years in the Texas debate ring I left with a lot more than I came with. I curated my leadership, woo, command, individualization, ideation, and communication skills. I learned how to capture an audience in a compelling way.

So, how was 222 Social Co born? I'm so glad you asked. I began my social media journey in 2021. Wanting more and needing fulfillment I turned to job listings. My journey would begin out of sheer luck and opportunity. I was offered my first social media gig and I was walking blindly. I'm a self-starter and always have been. So I got to work. I studied for hours upon hours and learned algorithms, SEO, hashtag research, demographics, content creation, and much much more. To my surprise, I was pretty dang good at it. From there my client list grew and so did my knowledge. I have gotten the opportunity to work with amazing small businesses and soak up all the information they have to give to me. And I've loved every single step, success, failure, as well as obstacles along the way.
